I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space and it keeps my hot drinks hot until I am done, Only down is the ON / OFF button is Very Sensitive, I had set my iphone on it accidently and turned it on at the same time, the phone only got overheated, undamaged. Wish it had a clear cover or the buttons were slightly sunken.

I think it puts out a good amount of heat for its size. I always keep it on the highest setting, I think it's kind of useless on the lower settings. It definitely does a better job when there's less coffee in the cup but it keeps the coffee above room temperature which is all I want in a coffee warmer. I think the safety features are good. It turns off by itself after 4 hours. It also flashes when the surface is still hot, which I find slightly annoying but I can understand why the feature is in place.
