  • •WHAT IS ALTERNATING PRESSURE: Alternating pressure therapy uses pressure redistribution to relieve pressure on skin surfaces and bony prominences. The air cells on the mattress slowly inflate and deflate under the user at a predetermined or adjustable cycle time.
