I don't know about tech support I haven't used it. It's charging LiPo battery up with out a problem today. I have not mounted it yet so it's being used as a portable panel until I get it mounted and a second one. Maybe third one, I'm planning on having two or three mounted on my vehicle roof to charge a "LiPo house battery". I'm thinking about getting a few more for my RV roof too, I might be able to mount 3 on it too. But I will need another controller and to relocate and change battery type in RV. I will try to update after more use.
As of 8 April 22 the panel is still working very well for me, I upgraded the solar charger and
mounted on roof rack of my Jeep. I'm thinking about ordering two more still. I've upgraded my storage battery and the company recommends 300 watts of solar power to charge it. So I do need them.
Update 4 June 22: I've removed it from the original mounted location to use as a portable panel (I've framed it in light weight aluminum) that makes it easy to move around to track the sun. In my use with air gap from surface it's regularly out performing the 100w rating in less than ideal sunlight even. I highly recommend this panel and would have bought 2 or more. If I didn't find a pair of rigid 100w panels to try at lower cost (after adding my cost for aluminum to frame for mounting). Light weight, still has good output when part of panel is blocked from full sunlight and at less than ideal angle to sunlight, plus is hasn't been damaged by cats wanting to walk or lay on it.
Now if I could get as lucky buying a lottery tickets as I've been with this panel.
Update on the solar panel: I had used it for short time as a portable panel and found the ridge panel that I replaced it with higher capacity didn't perform as well. So I ordered a second one and now have both mounted. I highly recommend them, especially if you are going to mount them where they will not always be in ideal condition for best performance.
27 Apr. 2023: update on the 2 100w panels both are working fine still, I'm ordering a few more. I have nothing bad to say about them, I'm adding 3 pictures to my review, the 3rd is showing the current charging from the2 panels. It's a overcast rainy "day 2" of it, the battery is running a fridge freezer that I bought on Amazon a couple years ago. If I have 5 plus days of overcast/ cloudy weather (fall or winter "less daylight" ) the 100 amp LiPo battery can get discharged to point of shut down. The system I've got setup charges the "house" battery with the 2 100w panels first then adds to vehicle batteries secondary. On that subject my vehicle hasn't been started in over 4-5 days, but it has it's own solar system on it too. A stand alone 85w system.

Excellent Solar Panel for Bluetti EB3A Charging in Tucson!
Kristian Skarsfeldt✓ Verified Purchase•September 4, 2023
I recently purchased the Topsolar Flexible Solar Panel 100W 24V/12V Monocrystalline Bendable to complement my new Bluetti EB3A power station, and I must say I am impressed with its performance so far. Being here in Tucson, I needed a reliable and efficient solar panel, and this one has delivered on its promises.
The panel's charging capabilities have been exceptional, allowing my Bluetti EB3A to recharge efficiently even during sunny afternoons. I took a picture on July 30th, 2023, at 2 pm, and the panel was producing a consistent 53W, which seems to be normal for a 100W panel under real-world conditions.
One of the key highlights of this flexible solar panel is its bendable design, which makes it easy to set up in different locations and angles. However, I did notice a slight concern when flexing the panel; some of the strings inside made popping sounds. While this hasn't affected its functionality so far, I'm uncertain if it's a sign of potential issues in the long run. I hope Topsolar can address this in future iterations.
Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. The Topsolar 100W Flexible Solar Panel has been reliable and efficient in charging my Bluetti EB3A, which is crucial for my off-grid power needs. If you're looking for a durable and high-performing solar panel for your portable power station, I recommend considering this one. However, I would advise checking with the manufacturer regarding the popping sounds during flexing to ensure its longevity.
Pros:
Efficient charging in sunny conditions.
Bendable design for easy setup.
Compatible with Bluetti EB3A and other power stations.
Cons:
Popping sounds when flexing; potential long-term concerns.
Overall, a great purchase for my solar needs in Tucson!

This panel has been working great since installed. There were a few damaged cells, but customer service handled it. Even with the damaged cells, it's working great.
