I used this in the later stages of pregnancy. The ball was easy to inflate and deflate after pregnancy. I would recommend this ball as it comes with all the proper tools you need to inflate and deflate. It is nice that you can deflate and store away until you need to use again.

I had another brand, that my 98lb dog popped one day scaring myself and him a great deal. I got this to replace that, and the dog eventually comes back and is touching this one. But he seems to know not to push too hard with his claws.
One difference I found with this brand, is I did not need to keep pumping it up as much as the previous ball.
I work at home using this as my desk chair 8 hours 5 days a week. Plus my grand children just love play rough with it, squeezing it through doorways, chasing the dog, and bouncing like crazy on it.

Great for my back. use to have a bigger ball and living in a 800 foot square house limited options to store it. This one is smaller and perfect! Also, the picture the one customer posted where she is on the office floor because her ball supposedly exploded! It is fake and a complete and staged. Even the ball in the photo is not this exercise ball but some other "CHEAP" exercise ball.
