A trick to install.

I had to use some tricky maneuvering to get this on without removing my light. But I got it done. This is only used to hold a water bottle or two and the dogs leashes. The green foam is to keep the leashes from falling between the gaps. I also used one of the clear tubes which came with the basket to make a bumper against my bike's tube. I didn't want it to get scratched. Since this is not attached except on the handlebars, it does rest against the tube and bounces when going over rough ground.
