Bought for my wife and even after we follow the instructions for measurements and order a bigger size, the bracelet was too small. The seller asked us to shipped back the chain (not covering return costs) and required us to add tracking. Recommend ordering a bigger size. We have decided to buy an extender in hopes that this would work.

I've now had mine for almost 7 months, I've only removed it once or twice the whole time. It has held up astoundingly! Clasps still work as is they were brand new and it even still looks new. I am not a graceful woman, I have slammed it dragged it across hard surfaces, aka don't even take it off to shower. When/if it needs a replacement at some point way down the road, I will 100% but another one!

I really like the smaller size of the allergy tag, as I have small wrists and hands. My only wish is that there was a size in-between. I could use a few less links in the chain part of the bracelet. It's just enough too long that it hangs down lower on my hand. I bought another chain and tag, getting a chain in a smaller size, but it's almost too snug. Feel like Goldilocks...

I Love everything about this product with the exclusion of the sizing. If you do not order a half inch up on the links you're not gonna even get it around your wrist. I ordered a 6 1/2" and I should've ordered a 7". Luckily I was still able to use the parts from the original and just remake the actual bracelet part. Overall the product is beautiful and had I ordered a half inch up it would've been the perfect every day all day wear unit.
