So far it is working great. Bulky controller but it works well. Did have to switch the wires for it to operate correctly. SO far, very happy with it. I installed it on my kayak /utility trailer.

Works great, seems to be a strong winch. But, it did come in a different brand and different strength winch box. I could tell it was an opened box the way it was taped up. The winch did appear to be new, but was not in it's original box.

Mounted this winch on my flatbed trailer. Only disappoint was a rather short electrical connection. Another 5' of wire would have been nice. All works as advertised so all good.
In the box was just a high quality BadLand 2500lb winch

I was very surprised to see a 2500lb BadLands winch in the RUGCEL box. box and instructions were all labeled RUGCEL. Winch itself had a BadLand label. worked perfectly. The wired remote was a bit strange as it had two sets of wires, one to the winch (2ft) and one to battery (4.5ft). so remote was a bit limited for how far you can go. 2ft from the winch...... but so far it works great.
