As a glance, it is well made with stitching. Close inspection and mounting it, test it is well made. Mounting it was easy. However, there is not enough mounting/molle count since there is only-one-2.5 inch mounting strap and 2 tiny clips at the end(not worth anything, except for cosmetic). Would have like to see a more durable canvas type material rather than the small gym bag material on the backside of the pouch. 4 stars for stitching and look.. Durability? Give me 2 weeks to it through my field test.

Recommend: Yes for average user who just need an extra pouch for his or her package on the bus or walk to work

This has worked out well as an addition on my hiking/bug-out bag. Gives easy access on my straps to items I may need. Great value for this item. I would buy again. Would like to see the straps a bit more robust for attaching to molle . Added a zip tie to secure a bit better and works well.

First let me say that I do like this strap and the niche utility it brings. I have it set up on my tactical waterbag and it was mostly compatible. In the photo, it shows the top D-ring being used with an over the shoulder suspension system. My bag only had the moll-e rigging along the backpack strap, but I was still able to affix this external pouch to it. I use the pouch to hold a small electric fan in the long zippered pouch and a small carabiner clip flash light in the top pouch. By the way, the top pouch is adjustable, having a velcro backing so you can make it more condensed or loosen it up depending on what you want to store in it. The only reason it is 4 stars for me is simply due to the nature of my bag and needing more rigging along the strap to properly suspend the pouch fully upright, otherwise it droops a little (although when actually worn that doesn't matter that much). also sorry for my phone camera quality, but hopefully the visuals help give an idea of what I was going on about.

Shoulder strap pouch is well made with no loose threads or loose fabric. Zipper on lower pouch works well. Upper pouch I was surprised to find has a large Velcro tab for the back and a buckle on the front that will allow a wide range of height adjustments for it's contents. The points of attachment at the ends of the Shoulder strap pouch are only sized for 1" wide straps, although there are accompanying D-rings. However, the back of the unit only has a vertical snap tab in the center of the back, presumably designed as a Molle attachment, which would be totally inadequate, and there is no horizontal strap to otherwise secure the center to a shoulder strap for stability. Haven't been on a trip with it yet, and I would be interested in different possible configurations - 2-zippered compartments, the zippered compartment/bucked compartment reversed, one large zippered compartment for examples.

They do what I need but are not easy to put on I still haven't figured out how to get them On correctly. I rigged em to where they work but I can't tighten my backpack straps the way I had to install them. I think I remember seeing other reviews saying the same thing about installing these.
