Great little pair of speakers

I bought these to go along with a larger set of Klipsh floorspeakers and a subwoofer. Placed up on a bookshelf, these bring the sound up off the floor and deliver great highs. A really solid little pair of speskers.
They're Klipsch...

What's there to say? They're Klipsch, a very high quality speaker. I had Sony bookshelf speakers as my main speakers, but while watching "The Return of the King", the foam surround on one woofer pretty much disintegrated. I could hear the difference from the moment I hooked these up. The Sonys were pretty good speakers, but it was a definite step up with these. And as they "break in", they just sound better and better...

Needed something inexpensive and small for surround channels. These are great.
What else have I been missing in life?

Life isn't the same. Well at least in terms of sound. This speaker paired with my Dayton audio mini amp has spoiled me. Everything else sounds like straight doggy 💩. I have a shaker audio system in my mustang that I loved. Now it sounds like an OK system. My wife's 2020 explorer had a pretty nice stock system that now makes me question how far stock car audio systems have come. My beats headphones no longer impress. And my Sony studio monitor headphones sound like a whining baby with the treble turned up high. If you haven't picked up what I'm trying to say, then let me spell it out for you, these speakers are insanely good. The sound is so pleasing to the ear that you can easily get lost in your music. They do lack a good boom in terms of base. But I just added an old and cheap 20 dollar koss sub to my setup that I literally found in a dump and man oh man. I don't think I could have gotten a better sounding system from a dedicated pc sound system. And ya, I'm using these speakers as pc speakers for my pc I use for video editing. Altogether, my setup cost less then 220.
A great value in speakers.

Much better than some older Infinity surround speakers.
The sound is very full and vibrant in an economical solidly built speaker.
