Sound OK, side controls, better remote than Edifier

Just got these, and tested after returning two pairs of Saiyin speaker because of too much bass. These might have less precision in sound, but I am not suffering from too much base. These have bass, treble and control knobs on the side which (particularly with bass and volume) have plenty of adjustment. The remote is better than a more expensive pair of Edifiers I bought two years ago. These take two AAA batteries instead of a cell battery. At least at present, these seem to be quite satisfactory for the price. Glad they were available, and hoping they hold up.
These sturdy speakers ave great sound quality and the volume goes to a higher level than I will use.

I have purchased many speakers for my computer over the years. These have the best sound quality and they go to a higher volume than any of the others I have bought over the years in the price range of around one hundred. I have them connected by blue tooth and the volume on my speakers can be controlled by remote control or my sound preference bar on Mac. I keep this at the 50% level and that is as loud as I want in my house. Any louder and maybe it will bother my neighbors. The cabinet of the speaker is real wood so that also helps the sound and is classy looking. I am quite happy with this purchase and I am surprised at the quality for a great value.
