This stuff worked like magic. Wasn't sure how much cleaner I'd need so I mixed up about a gallon of cleaner (1 part solution, 3 parts water) in an applicator bottle and washed our 200 sq foot deck. Literally finished the last fascia board with the last pump in the sprayer. We have heavy clay soil in our area and it had been caked on the deck (Azek Vintage) a mop and warm water wasn't cutting it so I thought I'd give this a shot since its a cleaner designed for our specific decking material. Sprayed the solution on pretty generously to about 6-8 boards at a time, let it sit for about 60 seconds, hit it with stiff, natural fiber brush recommended on the bottle. Rinsed with a good powerful hose nozzle and poof, deep clay stains gone! Was really happy to have not had to use the pressure washer. The deck looks incredible and bright. You don't realize how much dried dirt and foot traffic dulls the color and I gotta say, I'm sold on this stuff!!

easy to use since this spring we hired someone. nevertheless for the previous 6 years we seniors have cleaned our deck here at the 42 parallel twice a year as instructed by the manufacturer. used to use Dawn liquid and then they came out with this. going into the eighth year the black parts of the deck are a bit faded. but everything is sound. no dust no pollen and no mold or other rot. especially our shady spots have no mold.
