It saves the front desk time and it saves the practice paper and ink from not making multiple copies of cards.
The receptionist is in love with the ease of use and as the admin I love that the tiny print on scanned images is so clear. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I LOVE THIS PURCHASE. I contacted the company and was walked thru the setup process with care, patience, and knowledge. I use this device to scan ID's, Insurance Cards, Credit Cards & etc. The need to capture and crop both sides are GONE!! Just place cards into scanner and both sides are scanned directly into my program. Looks and works 100% as advertised!

2 of the last that we have ordered were DOA.
Both devices would scan but the image was completely orange, device rattled like something inside was broken.
AMBIR needs to manage its quality control better !!!!
