My favorite is the lipo board with side wings. That board is larger than the board with the butterfly top. The whole purpose of a lipo board is to have a board. The hard board definitely helps the appearance of the stomach keeping it smooth while the side wings help avoid creasing the skin.
I would have loved to have a longer (height) lipo board to actually cover longer torso (top abdomen, AND lower abdomen under the bellow bellybutton) so 2 to 4 inches longer. I'm 5'7".
The width is fine but 2 to 4 inches longer on each side would algo be better to support the creases around the waist. I'm Medium/Large.
There's another product with longer sides but the front board is different.

The grab ab board and back board are must haves for sure. However, the foam that comes with this is hard and doesn't have much give or cushion. The nude ab board is small and I don't think it really does much. I never use it. I prefer the gray ab board over it every time.
