This is the perfect switch for a disposal located in an island where a switch on the wall is not possible. Much better than putting the switch under the sink and turning it on with wet hands.

I like this and it actually works pretty well. The one issue I have is the plug box, that goes in to the outlet, is pretty big and extends quite far beyond the outlet cover.
If you're trying to plug something else in to the other outlet, like a dishwasher, and they are both directional, they don't fit. I wonder if the plug could be made differently, so that it didn't take up so much space.
I would look more carefully, to make sure it will work, before I bought again.

The only thing is I has to move it from the top outlet to the bottom outlet for my installation. It took about 10 minutes to replace my existing switch. It was easy.
