After having three blink cameras for a year they have all failed. I can't view anything but live clips. None of the motion clips work at all. Spend hours emailing tech support and then finally called and wasted two hours going over basic stuff like restart this delete this reinstall that, all a waste. . She said it was the WiFi router.

After calling eero WiFi router company and discussing with them they said it was not a WiFi problem so called blink again. Was lucky enough to speak with a more qualified technician who was able to solve the problems after a couple more hours. But it's done and camera are now working. What a pain. But overall satisfied.

I purchased three Blink Minis. Setup was rather frustrating due to the fact that two of the three power cords were bad. Once I determined the problem and found compatible cords in my junk drawer set up wasn't too bad. The picture quality is good, and once I played with them a little bit to figure out the settings (there are no instructions), they seem to work well. The app works fine with Android. My biggest complaint is the fact to use them for security you need to either purchase a monthly subscription or another device. The listing kinda' mentions that, but it wasn't really clear to me. I would definitely recommend them as long as you're aware of the subscription issue. (I'm ordering the Module 2.)
