The electric toothbrush is perfect in every sense (and I have owned 2 different brands in years past). The bristles on the brush attachment are soft and the rotational speed of the brush do no pose a hazard of damaging the gum area. The handle is light weight and it was great to have a choice of colors to differentiate my new purchase from future purchases of the same make and model # for the rest of my family. After my first use of the item, I felt that I had a professional cleaning from a dentist.

This tooth brush is a great value for a beginner's electric toothbrush. Oral B also has multiple types of different tooth brush attachments that you can purchase separately for your particular needs. This brush stays charged for about 48-60 hours after a full charge of its battery; which is great for a long weekend! Another nice feature is that it's equipped with a two minute timer where pressure sensors will go off to let you know when it's time to stop brushing. Overall great toothbrush. No complaints"¦ yet! :)

IMO the cons are 1) The toothbrush bristles are too hard! Makes it uncomfortable especially on the gums. Maybe I will see if there is a replacement with medium bristles. I really dislike that to turn it off the on/off button must be depressed and held until it turns off. It should just power off after running for a minute or so. Maybe make the brushing options a different button from the on/off. So Noisy!

The Pros - it holds a charge well and gives multiple uses between recharging. It has a nice recharge base. It gets my teeth clean. While not gracefully, it does its job.

Would I buy another. Likely not unless it is refined significantly.

This toothbrush was bought to replace my water pack, which I must've had for about 15 years. It was big and clumsy and I decided I wasn't really using the water part of it so I replaced it with this toothbrush. This takes up a little space, and it feels good in the hand and does a tremendous job in brushing the teeth. I actually watched a YouTube video of a dentist instructing on how to use it and changed my technique. This toothbrush removes all the particles even in the spaces between your teeth. My dental hygienist said you don't have to worry about gum recession because of the built-in pressure sensor making sure you don't press too hard. I highly recommend this product.

I've had this toothbrush for a couple of weeks now and I'm very pleased with it. It does a far better job of gently brushing my teeth than brushing with an ordinary toothbrush. My dental hygenist recommended using an electric toothbrush to prevent gum recession.

I like the 2 minute timer feature. The toothbrush beeps every 30 seconds to tell you to switch areas of your teeth and gives a final beep at 2 minutes when you can finish brushing. I ignore the 30 second beeps since I'm moving the toothbrush around anyway, but I always brush at least until the 2 minute beep to make sure my teeth get a good cleaning.

I find the on/off button easy to turn on, but it takes two or three attempts to get it to turn off. I don't know why the toothbrush is harder to turn off than on. I like the pink color of the toothbrush in my pink bathroom. The toothbrush came with one brush head that is too hard for my liking, but Oral B offers a 3-pack of sensitive head replacement brushes and I plan to order those.
