Really cute starter if the tension adjustment works

This was cute and my daughter was excited! She loved it but we couldn't get it to loosen and the thread kept breaking. We decided to immediately send it back and get something bigger. Hopefully someone else can figure out the tension because it is a really cute starter sewing machine.
