Very comfortable. I've used it from 52 degrees Fahrenheit at night to 67 Fahrenheit at night. Good climate control, soft, moisture wicking, and comfortable. I have 3 of them. 2 of them are left zips and one is a right zip so I can zip two of them together to make a nice queen sleeping bag for couples. I had done so and it's a also a comfortable sleep.
Haven't tried it in autumn weather yet, but plan to soon since it's supposed to be rated for 42 degrees Fahrenheit.

We went camping and it got down to 43 degrees at night and I was completely toasty inside this sleeping bag. Worked great. Only negative was it is narrow. I mean narrow! I am 150 lbs and I fit with very little room to roll over. Just fyi for those of us that move around at night.
