It was a birthday gift for our son, his birthday was the 23rd. He is really picky about some electronic things, in that category and he loved it. We were extremely happy as we took a chance, it seems very well made, he likes the mesh band as that is the kind of watch he wears, also the black face makes it very sophisticated. Thanks again for making my gift giving a little easier.

UPDATE: 10/17/2021: Was refunded only a partial amount. $24.56 refund issued on Oct 14, 2021. Guess that's better than nothing. I guess I can look at it like this, I paid $5.44 to wear the watch for 10 months. Would like to reorder, but I refuse to go through the hassle of it breaking again and asking for another refund. Decided to go with a $20 watch from Wal-Mart that's been working for 2 years. UPDATE: 10/14/2021: The company never responded to me regarding repair or replacement. However, after chatting with Vishal with Amazon chat customer service for about 20 minutes. He is sending me a return label and will give me a refund for this watch. THANK YOU to Amazon for treating your loyal customers good. Appreciate the assistance.

UPDATE: It's been 2 days since I contacted the company (through Amazon). No response. Will now contact Amazon to see if they will provide support or replacement.

Love this watch. As many others have stated, it's amazing, sleek and very affordable. However, yesterday, Oct. 11, 2021 (10 months after purchase), the long hand broke/fell off and is floating around inside the casing of the watch. I sent the company a message (via Amazon message), and am awaiting their response. Either replace or repair. Will post an update when/of they respond. Overall it's a great watch, but honestly, should last longer than 10 months.
