Packaged well, came out the box easily. It took two of us about a half hour to put together. The chiminea is relatively easy to put together yet the instructions were very difficult for me to follow. The pictures were more helpful for us. It look great. It has a nice warmth when lit. We go the cover for it. Can't have water getting inside. So far we would recommend.

Nice little chiminea. Aesthetically appealing for sure. Not overly complicated to put together, but it will take one at least 20-30 min due to small hardware and tight areas to install them. One complaint - others have noted, it is rather small. So it limits the size and amount of wood you can place inside the burn sphere. Wish it was 2-3" bigger in diameter. Then it would be outstanding!
So prob a good option for those with smaller area for use. For my backyard and large patio...eh it's ok. Also, highly recommend a cover. The one I got on Amazon was like $16 and beyond with it.

Metal Ash Tray Rusts

I've had the product almost 3 years and it has worked great and has lived up to expectations; however, the metal ash try starting to rust. It still seems to remain solid, but I wanted to be prepared in case it gave way, so I searched the web, but could not find where to obtain a replacement ash tray. On the other hand, to be fair, it could be another several years before it rusts through. All things considered, I would buy it again.
On another note, be sure to buy a cover that will reach to the ground. There are several sold whose chimney tops are constructed too narrow for the rest of the cover to slide to the ground. I know. I returned a couple before I found one that fits.

The media could not be loaded. It took a bit to assemble and there are a few times where you need more than one set of hands, but everything was packaged and labeled to show where they fit together. Once we started a fire it burned as well as expected or better. The flames were just so beautiful and everyone can see from all sides. The sparks are fairly well contained even with 4 logs and steady flames. This thing throws off good heat too!
