This is my third one. The first two (other brands) were cheap and didn't cut it (not pun intended) and the second didn't work at all. So I coughed over the money for this one and it's perfect. Works great and have had no issues or problems for four months now. Including shredding years worth of back documentation all in one sitting.

This thing shreds paper! It is quiet compared to our last 12 sheet shredder and does not make some of the obtrusive noise that shredders tend to make. It easily handles stacks of paper. I don't count how many sheets I am putting in, but it has plowed through whatever I've put into it easily.
The layout of the controls are on the side, and kind of make it sit sideways from other shredders I have seen. This does mean it takes up a narrower slot under a desk, but you put the paper in on the side not the usual length of the sheet most shredders are set up to do.

Love the tiny cross cut pieces that personal info is reduced to! We can reduce the material in the mail and shred it without filling it up quickly. It is well worth the money and then some.

Quiet, Compact, Safety feature that stops shredder when a finger or hand touches near or on the shredder intake port.
White is beautiful looking color but may show up the appearance of dirt on it.
Had it delivered to Whole Foods and packaged in another huge box to help ensure an undamaged intact shredder.
Love using it. It is fast and quiet and can't wait to "Edward Scissor Hands" my way through the paper that I needed to shred during the last three years.
Feels like a Re-Birth of the Mind and Soul, getting rid of paper. The size of the shredded paper is small. Lined the interior drawer with a large black trash bag. Purchased the extended four year warranty just in case, should it ceases to work. Hoping it will last in my home and plan to shred as needed (daily not a terribly high volume of mail and junk mail, but a larger mass of my three year stockpile of paper documents).
Highly Recommend this Quality product. Get it while it lasts, because once you use this one you won't go back to your other shredders.
