We've had this clock for a few years now when recently my 6 year old grabbed it away and pulled the power cord with it. The clock was fine but the power cord itself was damaged. I reached out to customer service telling them of what happened. They shipped out the new cord right away. However, the one they sent was not compatible. I reached out to them again and they sent a second one right away after I sent them a picture of the old, damaged cord vs. the new one they sent. The second cord was a match and it worked like a charm. Now we have the clock working perfectly!
I must say that I am very impressed with their responsiveness and attentiveness. They are consistent with asking me if I had received the cord and if the clock is working. Top notch customer service! Highly recommend them!

Edit: The company contacted me and sent a new cord that fixed the issues with the clock we were having. They also sent a brand new clock! Customer service is fantastic and I would highly recommend. My daughter loves it!
My daughter got this gift and loved it. It worked great for almost 7 months and then the display time and sun/moon would randomly change, the light would flicker, the light color would change on its own, and sometimes it won't work at all. For the price, I didn't expect it to last for years, but given that there are cheaper options available I did expect it to work longer than 7 months.

This clock started flickering and not working after about 6 months of use. Almost a year after buying it I decided to reach out to the seller and they informed me it was under warrantee for a year. They sent a new cord to fix the issue (which it did) and offered to send a new clock if the cord didn't fix it. Kids enjoyed the clock itself while it was working, they will be very happy to have it again when school starts.

We got this clock in January 2023. Now the chord has short in it. I've got it taped in place so it works, but if the tape comes undone, then the clock loses power. Wish it lasted longer.
