beautiful, but has its issues

This is a beautiful showerhead, but for us, the valve had a constant issue, even after changing it out with a new replacement showerset the company sent us. The small showerhead handle goes from hot to cold and is unable to keep a steady temperature. Also, the showerhead rusts incredibly quickly over after 3 months of using, and now makes a very loud whistle when we shower. I am writing this review with some negatives, but honestly I must say the customer service has been outstanding. They immediately addressed my issues, sent me 2 whole new sets and followed up to make sure we were satisfied... but unfortunately it is the product that is faulty... So 5 stars for the company, but 3 stars for the product.

I was so nervous to order these. They are beautiful and very well made. They have a nice, comfortable weight to them. I was scared they would be cheaply made, they were not. We have had them installed for 7 months and we love the way they look and operate. The spray nozzle is amazing too. My daughter said congratulations! You did it! You built a dream shower! We have 2 of these installed in our large double shower and the water pressure is amazing!

We've had this for almost two years, and it was great when we first installed it. However, the handle/ gaskets started leaking a bit soon after installation, and now the cold water handle has completely stripped.
I wrote to customer service intending to buy a new handle assembly--I know the warranty is likely up--but after a very quick initial conversation, they have not written back 12 days later to confirm my purchase, or to tell me how to buy this part.
Customer service did get back to me after I wrote to check in the delay. They are sending a new faucet assembly for only the cost of shipping. This is really excellent after almost two years! Adding a star.

I love this fixture! It is good quality, has great water pressure and looks beautiful.
In the basement bathroom where we installed this, the shower had to be built up and the shortest setting was not quite short enough. The seller was super communicative and helpful and sent the part we needed in order to install it without the extension.
My brother who recently stayed with us said that this was the best shower he'd ever had. :) Highly recommend.

I write the review below after having this for one year. I contacted the seller & for $20 they sent me a new shower head. The new one is far superior & sturdy & not cheap like the first one.
I sprayed with rustoleum just in case. It's too bad I didn't get it in the first try but happy with the outcome!
I like the look of this, but the caps on the hot & cold handles are big & stick out too far so we had to turn turn then inside out"¦40% of the drain holes in the big shower head rusted & so did the middle nail. We hardly use this shower too & we rarely open a window. It's juts cheap metal. But it was very pretty out of the box. My suggestion is to spray top with rustoleum when new🤷ðŸ¼"â'€ï¸ðŸ¤·ðŸ¼"â'€ï¸ðŸ¤·ðŸ¼"â'€ï¸
