Because of a small tear, I was struggling with Achilles tendinosis. So much so that I went to see a surgeon about having surgery who said at "best" we can get it to 70-75% improved. This product uses a specific broccoli extract which provides most of the power effects of eating broccoli. I don't enjoy eating a ton of organic broccoli sprouts/broccoli each day and still wanted all the benefits, including antioxidants and it may raise Glutathione levels. By raising my levels I'm increasing the detoxification enzymes of the liver which increases the detoxication of toxins in my body. I found that It's the single most effective and proven product to insure that my body cleans itself of toxins. Also, it's gentle on the gut, unlike broccoli.

I have RA and treat it naturally. I recently found out that I had h. Pylori and thought I'd try this as broccoli sprouts are good for that. I had no idea it would help my RA! I wasn't too scientific with these pills, ie. I didn't track or exclude other supplements in case of confounding.
One possible side effect was weird visuals. A pulsing small visual chain in 5 % of my visual field for 20 minutes (only once).
