Clearly a cheap safe but everything works. It came with 2 backup keys, the keypad and password systems work, and there's a fabric bottom inside if you want to store things you don't want scratched.
So they don't allow to post a review if it not a good one.

So me being the not so smart person I can be sometimes; lost the keys to my safe and let the batteries die in the key pad. After informing the company they politely told me how to gain access and offered to ship me a new one. They showed concern for my valuables and for me in general. I would and will highly recommend this company and safe to everyone. The safe itself (aside from my own stupidity) is fabulous! I love the color and features. I'm still not sure how I lost the keys and let the batteries die though 🤣.
