I started a job and I have no coffee shop on my morning route. Getting coffee meant going out of my way. I decided to look for something I could make at home that would check a couple of my boxes.
I think it tastes great, I get my morning hit of caffine, start reaching my daily protein goal, and it's low calorie so I can enjoy this and still have plenty calories left throughout the day. It is sweetened with stevia. That isn't a problem for me, but I know some people prefer to avoid artificial sweeteners.
You can make this in a shaker or blender with your choice of water or milk. I hate mixing my proteins with water so I have not tried it that way. I usually ice blend mine with almomd milk.
