Great for Short-term/Durability Issues

I love(d) using my Hydrosleeve for running outside and on the treadmill. I bought this in July 2020 and it has worked very well, until this month (March 2021). Based on the cost of this product, I expected more in terms of durability and longevity (since it's used for working out and frequent use). The armband has become overstretched, hence the chaffing on my arm from the velcro, because the band is now too thin to meet the velcro evenly. Upon unzipping, to add water, one side of the zipper portion separated from the plastic that is used for grip in order to unzip the pouch. Now, I cannot unzip the water pouch to add water. I'm very disappointed, especially, since my 30 days to return the product are beyond up. I really enjoyed this product, until now, otherwise, I'd highly recommend.
Love my Hydrosleeve!!

This has been my favorite way to carry water for my runs! I love how smooth it is and fits on my arm. It doesn't move when I run and it out of my way so I don't even notice it. This is a great alternative to using a handheld water bottle (makes my hands tired) or having it in my pockets weighing down my shorts. I would definitely recommend to any runner!
The best!

I've used a few different methods for hydrating during a run and this is by far my favorite. Included is a second bladder and mouth piece, which was unexpected and very nice. I also appreciate the mesh drawstring pouch to keep everything together. The arm band is comfortable to wear, even during a sweaty run, and is easy to drink from. I didn't notice or mind the weight of it on my arm- it was hardly noticeable and way better than water bottle holders you slide your hand into. The bladder is easy to fill and doesn't leak, and the instructions are simple and clear. I would totally recommend this for anyone who needs hydration for a shorter run.
Overall great product with a few areas for improvement.

First of all, I love this product. I hate carrying anything when I run, so having this balance my phone arm band on the other arm is awesome. I live in a hot dry climate, so little sips are vital to continue a run in summer. My arm is 11.5" at the bicep, weak little girl arms. The smallest size fits around with room to adjust and tighten. It comes with two bladders and two bite valves, so I like that also.
Here are the reasons I only gave four stars:
1-The soft loop material of the Velcro closure is already deteriorating and causing loose fit sometimes. I have had it only about 2 months and don't run daily (2-4x per week). The other parts seem to be higher quality. This material takes the most stress and wear but should last longer than 2-3 months.
2-The bladder and valve also have a weird taste I haven't been able to get rid of despite washing thoroughly many times.
3-The rough hook side of the Velcro is slightly fatter than the stretched soft side causing it to scratch and irritate the soft under arm skin. I end up adjusting it a few times as I sip water and the weight changes.
4- If the bladder was a bit fatter it would still fit in the zipper pouch (I've been storing my mask in there while out on the trail) and give me about 2oz more. This would be a vast improvement.
Overall though, it's awesome and I would buy again, especially if they made product adjustments to fix these issues.

I purchased this product in June 2019. I was a little skeptical that it would work well but it has been great!! It holds about 7 ounces of water. On longer runs (5-9 miles), I have to be mindful of leaving some more towards the end, I usually try to only take 1 sip per mile and usually run out before the end if it is 7-9 miles. For a 3-4 mile run, its perfect so I drink a few sips per mile. I have used it on several official races and its awesome, for those I put Gatorade and drink water at the water stations (although this was pre-Covid).
The zip style enclosure is very secure. And after you zip, you fold it over and velcro it so there is NO WAY it could leak from that part. The only time I ever had an issue was when I tried adjusting the mouthpiece while running and accidentally knocked it off. Then the water poured out. Lol But that was 100% my fault.
After 18 months of use, part of the zip enclosure started to pull away from the plastic. This doesn't cause it to leak or anything, but is annoying as it makes it difficult to open to clean it after I run. I contacted the company through their website and received an email response within a few hours (from the founder/CEO). After providing my address, they are sending out new bladders for me! I'm very impressed with the customer service.
Long story short, great product and worth every penny!
