I love hot sauce. There are always 2-3 different bottles in my home of varying heat/flavor. But a lot of hot sauce is just "heat". Its just hot for the sake of being HOT. Heat is the only selling point, and theres little flavor, or a terrible flavor.
The Last Dab XXX is undoubtedly my favorite hot sauce. Not only is it hot, but its tastes amazing. The heat is there, but its neither chemically painful nor detracting from the actual taste of the sauce itself. Ive tried it on everything ive had since it arrived. Burgers, hoagies, fried chicken, it hasnt mattered, its made it all better. Like a good hot sauce should. For anyone that likes a nice strong heat, but more importantly a stellar flavor thats highly flexible, I think this is an easy purchase. Especially if you can get it on sale.
