I have used many slicer Hobart is one of the top of the line slicers and this one is a close second.to that
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a slicer that will last.
The only drawback is that it doesn't slice that last little bit and leaves about a half inch of what ever you are slicing.
But overall it is a great slicer
