I was having trouble with dry eyes and watery vision so I thought I would try the Vision MD eye vitamin. I feel it has helped make my eyes less dry and my vision clearer. I liked the ingredients in this supplement better than other ones that were less expensive. I don't like how expensive these are, but if they help, I feel they are worth it. I have been taking the Vision MD supplement for about 4 months now. We'll see what the eye doctor says next time I go for a check-up.
Update: I stopped taking these eye vitamins because they are expensive. After a while, my dry eyes came back and was having problems with floaters. I went back on the 1MD Vision vitamins and after a couple weeks, my eyes cleared up tremendously. Much clearer vision, less dry eyes and not as many problems with the floaters. I still need drops for the dry eyes occasionally, but my eyes are definitely much better. I will continue to take the 1MD Vision vitamin.
