Needed to transfer some old files off a Windows 95 machine that can't connect to 2021 network. Reformatted an old 3.5" floppy on the Win95 machine, copied the files to it from Win95 to the newly reformatted diskette, inserted the floppy into this USB floppy drive and plugged it into a Windows 10 pro machine. It was instantly recognized and I was able to immediately transfer old files to network connected Win10 machine. Even if I never use the USB floppy drive again, it was well worth it! Thank you. This USB floppy unit feels and looks well made and well packaged.

bought this to get pictures of old disks from my old Sony Mavica. the mavica will read some pictures that this won't, so I know the data isn't completely unreadable. it also comes up as like a optical disk drive and not a USB device on the computer.
