This is my favorite Style of Bluetooth earpiece. Little earbuds that only sit inside the ear canal always seem to fall off of me. I prefer this over the ear type. I've had the original version from Plantronics which back in the day was $150. I've had several different knockoffs of the same style that I've ordered from different websites and even directly from china. Some of them were as little as $12. This one, so far, has proven to be the best. I'd say at least is good if not better than the original Voyager or Voyager 2 from Plantronics. My biggest pet peeve of the Plantronics brand is that it has a proprietary magnetic charging cord that you have to take with you wherever you travel and you can't just charge it off of any micro USB. (I've lost a charge cord before which renders the headset useless.) This one, can charge off of any micro USB and the noise cancellation is outstanding. The sound is also clear and not over-amplified. No exaggeration, I've had at least 20 different Bluetooth headsets with microphones for phone calls, and that's not including Bluetooth headphones for listening to music. This is the best monaural earpiece so far. The battery lasts at least two or three days with how much I use it and it connects to my phone nearly immediately which is something that I didn't get from some of the other ear pieces.

This particular design might not be for everybody because it is somewhat large and goes over the top of the ear so if you wear glasses it might make them fit unevenly on your head. Also if you are working out and getting sweaty, the larger battery area that sits behind your ear can prevent perspiration from evaporating in that area which could make you feel a little warmer. Other than those two characteristics, I can't think of any other Cons for this particular product. Everything else sits squarely in the Pro column.

I'm using it right now to speak this product review. I have been using Plantronics voyager and Plantronics legend for years I have not switched because most of the other earpieces from other companies don't distribute the weight properly or they have such a noise canceling earbud that actually affects my equilibrium. I've been searching and searching for several years for an alternative to Plantronics. Why? Because every 3 to 6 months my Plantronics would break and was losing connection with my phone. It's happened with probably my last four or five or six Plantronics headset, and I hate calling Plantronics to tell them that the same problems occurring and to send me a new one. Finally, I found this one. And it feels almost identical on my ear to the Plantronics For a fraction of the price I've only had it a few minutes but I'm already thrilled. Because if it has that connectivity issue like Plantronics in a couple of months, then I can just buy a new one where Plantronics the price is so high that you want it replaced.

UPDATE: I've been using the headset for about 10 days now paired with my Windows 10 Toshiba laptop. And I still fully endorse it. The K10C remained connected on most of my WebEx, Teams or Skype calls so far. Reconnecting with Bluetooth is easy with just a flip of the on/off switch. That fixes the connection quick. You do have to reconnect the call manually on Skype afterwards, but WebEx seems to reconnect on its own. I sound uncertain because disconnects rarely happen, which is a good thing. The "Siri" button does work with Cortana and it doubles as a mute button which is what I need more, but it doesn't work and I have to mute my calls using the call app's mute. This is a minor issue in my opinion. Still leaving 5 out 5 stars!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed a Bluetooth headset that works with a Windows 10 laptop with Bluetooth 4.2. Reading prior reviews for the Conambo K10C had some saying "Yes" it works with a laptop and some saying "No". For $37 I purchased one. The product arrived overnight (bonus!). I've been using it for calls on Skype on my Toshiba laptop for two days straight, averaging about 6-7 hours per day. Happy to report that the Conambo K10C not only works with the laptop's Bluetooth but the quality of audio and consistency of the connection is great! I previously had a Plantronics Voyager Legend for a couple of years and it worked so-so. On occasion, the Plantronics' connection would drop and others on the call thought I had disconnected. In all fairness, the Plantronics had a 3.0. The Conambo's BT version is 5.0 and it shows. Granted, I've only used it for two days - I've not experienced any disconnects and the battery life lasts two full days before I need to recharge. Recharging from empty to full did seem to take a little over an hour as stated in the specs. I will use the Plantronics now as a backup. I use Skype, Teams and Webex to communicate on my laptop and the Conambo handles all of their calls well. On Skype, there is a audio function that allows you to make a 5 second test call so you can playback what the Conambo heard - and the mic's pickup is great. I also have a personal fan blowing in my direction, right at the headset and the Conambo does a good job isolating my voice from background noise. In short: great product, connects to a Win10 laptop just fine, good battery life, great audio and fantastic value at $37.

I'm not an audiophile. I use this headset primarily for phone calls and watching streaming videos. I don't listen to music much. The K10C Pro is semi in-ear, and not in-ear. I prefer to be able to hear sounds from my surroundings for safety reasons and ability to hear my surroundings (e.g., walking outside or hearing others verbally get my attention when indoors). I've owned two Plantronics devices (Voyager Pro and Legend) in the past with a similar design. The Conambo K10C Pro has less functions than the Plantronics, but it works great for what matters most to me: voice and audio clarity, ability to connect to 2 devices; quick Bluetooth connection to devices (pairing mode, and in connecting with prior devices); adjustable sound via buttons on the headset; comfortable--I've been a fan of the over-the-ear loop design since I've bought my first Plantronics Voyager Pro over 10 years ago. Doesn't look "cool" but I'd rather be comfortable. I had not tested the mute function of the K10C Pro though. Cons: the device lasted 15 months but the company honored their warranty and sent me a new one. I use a different Conambo model (K18) for Teams calls at work by the way. For me, I can get two Conambos for the price of one Plantronics. Overall great value.

I have owned around 6-8 of these headsets as I break or loose them regularly because I'm hard on them. Never had an issue pairing them. This most recent one I had to hold the pair button down for ~10 seconds before it would display on my device's Bluetooth. Better than the expensive plantronics at this price if I'm gonna regularly lose or break them 🤷"â'‚ï¸
