I work as an HVAC residential installer. I used this for 1.5 years, on a 5 day work week, before one of the elastic bands busted. I had to constantly adjust the height adjustment due to heavy tools and metal duct strap. Better for lighter use. For the money they held up fair.

Not worn at work yet. But got it on my belt this evening.
It's cold, so buckling over so many layers is a pain. I'm constantly re-buckling or hitching my belt and my pants up because they're being dragged down. Not to mention it's uncomfortable having my belt cinched as tight as I can get it.
With these suspenders, the belt hangs comfortably supported by my shoulders. Looking forward to working in them for a while and I'll update my review after that.
The plastic clips have been mentioned, but for the price in willing to deal with that.
