I appreciate companies wanting quick reviews but, it's just too early.
Only been a week taking it and I haven't had a chance to monitor my blood sugar numbers for 3-4 days.
Everything I see and read about bitter melon indicates it works well for blood sugar control. It will be another week before I make my evaluation on this companies formulation. Too many companies want a quick turnaround with reviews. Most supplements need a good 30 day evaluation. So yeah, in theory, and in scientific findings this should work fine. But too early to say for sure.

Changing your lifestyle (what you shove in your face) is the answer beyond what any supplement could ever do for you but I will say that this works to temporarily (not fast) lower you blood sugar. Seriously though.. go for a walk and stop eating garbage. Don't drink cokes and all that bs. Your life is in your hands and you can feel anyway you'd like but you have got to care enough about yourself to change again, what you put in your mouth. There isn't a magic cure other than that and EXERCISE. Good luck. XO
