The mask cushion works great, however, there is a slight problem. After a few hours of sleep, the humified water will collect in the holes over the bridge of the nose and cause a siren sound and will not stop until you either try and remove the water from the outside of the mask, or stop everything, take the mask off and clean the holes manually. It's a pain. As far as a replacement cushion, the price is much better than other cushions for only $15 compared to some I have used such as the cushion for the ultra mirage II which, with shipping is $52. Companies are ripping people off with their shipping costs. So, take a chance, the replacement cost is worth the extra cleaning. It doesn't do it every night though.

Works better than other masks. Most important is a daily cleaning. Keeps oils off mask, and daily cleaning of face to keep oil free. This keeps mask from slipping and breathing is easy and stress free.
