This machine is sturdy and fairly simple to assemble although a bit time consuming. It took me 2 hours but I did it by myself. Pedals are smooth and there is no rocking. The seat and seat back are thick and fairly comfortable. Certainly better than hard metal seats I've seen on other brands. The drawback is handle placement, there should be more options for adjustments. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

Excellent piece of home exercise equipment. Packaged well. The best assembly instructions I've ever had. All hardware packages clearly marked corresponding with the instructions. No missing hardware. Parts, hardware and finished product are excellent quality. Haven't had to contact Teeter customer service but all the reviews say they are quite responsive. I recommend spending a bit more on the package that comes with the gel seat and mat. Display is too far away and hard to read, dark, not back-lit. Even though I wear tennis shoes when using it, it needs pedal straps. All-in-all it's a good purchase.

I purchased the LT3 version and love it. The movement is very smooth and completely quiet. I really have to applaud the company for the excellent assembly instructions. The package came with printed instructions and also access to well done videos clips showing each step. The truly brilliant addition was packaging the screws, etc. in separate, labeled bags for each step. The parts all fit together well and assembly was easy.
