We installed this outdoors last summer and loved it. The directions were weak for someone not familiar with installing such a product. It worked perfectly. Since this was installed outside, we drained the supply lines for winter. In the Atlanta area we do get periods where the tempiture get below freezing. When the weather warmed in February we turned the water on and the joints on each side of the valve leaked. It appeared the few nights of freezing weather may have creacked the joints. I contacted customer service and their response was the best I've ever experienced. They quickly FedEx me a complete new valve section that I easily re-installed. They kept me informed as to when it shipped, followed up to make sure I had recieved it and then wanted to make sure the replacement part functioned correctly. My setup will allow me to easily disassemble it and take it inside next winter so I should not have this problem next spring.

Very cheap quality..The hand-held sprayer came off during the winter. I winterized the whole system and it still broke. I don't think it was made to stay outside during the winter seasons.

We bought it in May 2022. We used it only one summer. Now, May 2023, it is leaking in the mixing valve area. I emailed the company and hoping to get a new one from them, as it has a lifetime warranty . I will update my review when I hear back from them.

The company's customer service is amazing. They answered my email the same day, asking for pictures. As soon I sent it to them, they immediately sent me a replacement.
