I am currently experiencing back issues and this lumbar support is so comfortable. I use it so much, that I purchased a second one to keep in my car. This is well-made, and I find that due to the memory foam, the more I use it, the more comfortable it becomes. I had an old support pillow that needed replacing. this one is longer and attaches easily to my ofice chair at home. I spend about 8 to 10 hrs a day in that chair so it helps to have back support. so far after a couple of days it seems to help with better sitting posture. for the money it worth it.
