I did a bathroom remodel and ordered this shower set. While installing, I ran into an issue with the shower head arm and contacted the company's customer service. They replied quickly (~1 day on weekend) and once they understood the issue, they sent a replacement part. That new part fit great and was able to finish the shower remodel.

I purchased two of these shower units for a renovation. They were fairly easy to install and have been working well for over 2 years. What sets this item apart from others is the great customer service I received recently from Gotonovo. I lost the diverter knob and emailed Gotonovo to see if they might be able to ship me another one. They got back to me within a day and offered to send me a replacement free of charge if I paid for shipping. The replacement arrived a couple weeks later and I also received a follow-up telephone call to confirm I received it and that it was the correct part. This level of customer service was totally unexpected and a really pleasant experience. I would recommend Gotonovo brand items just for the quality of their after-sales service.

We were looking for a large rain shower head system for our bathroom remodel. The reviews on this product were the best as well as customer support. It was installed by a professional, not myself, however there were no issues or complaints from them. We have two, one on each side of the walk in shower. The one side had a bad thread apparently though and I reached out to their customer service team. They responded quickly and send me a replacement part that I installed myself no issues. The only "complaint" which is very minor, is that they asked for pictures( understandable ) but then after I sent the pictures they asked for a video of the issue. If they wanted both that is fine, I just wish they asked for everything at once as it added time to getting a replacement part. That is a very minor complaint and the only inconvenience. Otherwise they had fast response and send a the part right away after verifying. The shower system works great and the matte black finish goes well. It is only a couple weeks old, so if anything happens with it in the future I will come back and update. If there is not update, there are no issues.

Product is high quality and gives a wonderful shower. Pure luxury.
Installation is difficult and service manual in the box is a waste of paper. If you don't do very much plumbing don't even try. The service manual pictures were small with little detail and no written instructions to assist. Many were confusing and didn't match the real product
Looks great like a high end spa and it is a great value for the cost.
