My husband is a soldier and has an injured back. He bought this at the suggestion of our chiropractor for sleeping at night. It seems to be helping without being overly large and obtrusive in our bed. The craftsmanship and materials are of good quality and it's a sturdy little product. My husband does wish the edge that goes under his knees was rounded as opposed to how sharp of an edge it is and it would be awesome to have some type of optional cover. Maybe like a washable cotton or terry cloth removable case? I'll be making one for him (and me) as it can be uncomfortable under the covers.

Its nice for what it is however, your leg hangs off weird when used proper get a longer one or it will hurt. Used for a total knee replacement

I use this at night when I sleep under my knees. My lower back pain has been helped so much since using this. I first was introduced during PT years ago and forgot about it. I was scrolling through Amazon and decided to try one on my own. The price was good, the sturdiness is good. The one thing I would like is a covering for it. I drape a pillowcase over it because I sweat at night and don't like the vinyl of the wedge against my legs.

I noticed I would get knee pain after a hard day's work when I would come home and just want to relax. Anytime I put my feet up and my legs stayed straight for any amount of time, my knees would begin to get a dull annoying ache . I tried putting pillows under my knees, and it helped but it wasn't perfect.
This product has successfully eradicated my knee pain. Very comfortable, perfect angle, and size. I hope this review helps you.
Also what I like about the material, it matches my black leather couch, looks classy, and to clean it all I need to do is get a wet rag and wipe it off, nothing extra on laundry day. The material won't hold odor like cloth would which is good considering my feet are going to be on it daily.
Some people get the impression the material won't breathe well against my skin. I haven't had any problems with that so. If I ever did I could just put a blanket over part of it or wear long pajama pants.
Absolutely zero complaints, five stars.
