This was by far the best Turkey I have ever made! Will buy again! Brined just shy of 24 hours. Smoked on my Traeger until breast was at temp. Pulled and let rest 20 min before slicing. Very flavorful. No complaints from the family.

Everyone loved my turkey from this brine . I bought separate brining bags though as they were much bigger than what comes in the package . The bigger bag was recommended from a previous review that I seen . I had a 20 lb. Turkey though . Really easy and turned out great . I will use again for sure .

I will not lie, when this brine kit arrived in the mail I was nervous to try it. It smells very strong and I didn't particularly like the smells the spices were giving off. I decided I'd give it a try anyway and I am SO glad I did. It was the BEST and juiciest turkey I've ever had in my life. I will buy this kit year after year after year. I specifically looked for an organic brine. That was important to me. I got the Sage Apple. The smell while cooking the brine was amazing. It was easy to do and we kept hearing- best turkey ever. There was so much flavor and it was super moist.

This is my third time buying this turkey brine because it delivers the moisture and savory I am looking for. Love the smell when heating it up and getting ready to brine my bird. The bag it comes with is tough and large. I usually do around a 17 to 18 pound turkey, but the bag can go way bigger. I always have to roll the bag top down and use small clamps to fully submerge my bird in brine. Tough bag can easily do 20 to 25 pound bird. If your family complains your turkey is dry you gotta try this brine!
