I bought this at the beginning of Summer 2023. Used for two, week plus long trips. One domestic and another to the Middle East. I used it as a on-board carry on until I was challenged coming back into the states at JFK. Attendant said it doesn't qualify for on-board it's too wide. I tried to put it into the measuring device at the entrance to TSA Security. It would not fit and was packed to the limit.
Other than that I packed all the necessary clothing and accessories I would need for both trips. It was more than enough.
Inspecting the bag from my most recent over-seas it has held up very well. It's a good buy.

It was very well packaged in it's own cloth sack in the box it arrived in. It has a lot of interior pockets and places to put things to easily find them when needed. The zippers work easily, the spinner is light-weight and rolls well. This carry-on as well as my underseat spinner will be a perfect combo for my upcoming trip!

This is a VERY functional suitcase if you have muscles. It starts out heavy at 9 lbs. but then you put in your laptop, a couple of paperbacks, clothes, makeup etc. and then you have a very heavy little carry-on bag. This suitcase would be difficult to get into the overhead if you are a woman. If you expand it it may be over the allowed width limit to fit into the measuring device at the airplane door. I wish I could have kept this but, as much as I loved the idea of putting my laptop and items together, it will not work for me.

I've used this suitcase on 10+ flights so far. I love it. The wheels are super smooth and the suitcase is roomy for my needs. Also, I'm short and I really like the ergonomic options of the adjustable handle. Other pluses are the TSA locks on both zipper compartments and the option to expand the suitcase if needed.

My first impression was that this 3 pc set of Level 8 Luggage was packed extremely well! Each piece has its own dust cover bag for storage and were packed one inside the other surrounded by foam wrap. Upon inspection all zippers and locks work and there is no damage to any of the pieces. All wheels are functioning and corner guards are attached well. I'm not familiar with hard sided luggage so I can't attest to what is considered durable at this point. The carryon has an expandable compartment adding about 1.5 inches to the depth of one side. It also has a separate compartment for a laptop or tablet, chargers etc. seems well thought out. A nice size for one person on a 2-4 day trip. The medium size should hold enough for a 5-10 day trip, the large is for the long haul! I purchased these to replace older soft side luggage and for an 18 day Alaskan trip. I expect to take heavier clothes and multiple layering items. The large size might be too much to handle will consider 2 medium size bags and the carryon. Update to follow post trip.
