I've bought myself 2 pair and my wife a pair we both agree that for the cost it's definitely worth it. In my opinion I would recommend getting a new pair every 6 months. I work on concrete and put these in Thorogood boots and haven't had an issue yet. Size is accurate.

I'm not going to say these insoles have helped change my life or helped return my gait to normal or helped me resume activities I thought I'd have to give up. I'm not saying any of that. But I will say I have a common joint condition in my great toe that starts with "A" and affects my metatarsals and my gait. I use these insoles in combination with a rigid carbon fiber morton insert. The arch support is substantial and the metatarsal pad well placed. I have tried many similar insoles, but vastly prefer these. Like most people, my preferences are to minimize pain and maximize mobility. I wear these insoles every day and will continue to do so. I'm also walking a lot more lately. Any conclusions you draw are your own.

Bought these inserts because I have terrible arches and I was getting so many blisters from my shoes. They were definitely supportive and the blisters stopped for a while. These inserts seem to last about 2 months. I purchased them back in July but I'm starting to get blisters again as well as foot pain. I may purchase again but I'm going to shop around first to see if I find something that looks better.
