I see some negative reviews about this oil but I'm Italian and I love it more than the imported brands. The taste is smooth and has that olive oil richness and texture when you taste it. My only negative comment is the price but then again, olive oil is expensive, no matter which brand. To get around this I buy more when it's on sale. Definitely try this one!

This is the best all-purpose olive oil on the market. I often experiment with other OOs for variety and the fun of it, but this one consistently delivers on the perfect balance of body, great flavor ( not too fruity) and the ability to hold up to higher heat. It's great for salad dressing and to drizzle over avocados, tomatoes, etc. Highly recommend!

You know you are getting quality olive oil, when you taste it. If you get a slight peppery taste, then it's a good oil. California Olive give you that peppery taste. Been using California Oil for years, and will for years to come.
