I am using this as a throw for my chair or couch. Every blanket I have ordered in the past that was indeed an electrical lap blanket quits working. I am getting ready to order 2 more for the Fall/Winter. I definitely recommend this blanket. I'm actually about to order this same brand blanket but in a queen electric blanket. Blanket is twin size, reversible, with cozy sherpa. Warmth is adjustable and the timer is easy to manage. The blanket is even warm without the heat. You can only feel the wires if you are looking for them. The navy color is closer to teal, but still beautiful. Has quickly become my"go to" on these chilly days. Already have another one in my cart. I'm always cold and I've owned a lot of electric blankets over the years, but this is the first electric blanket that has actually WARMED me. The others, all from a well-known national brand, kept my temperature from dropping further as I sat watching TV or reading, but never actually warmed me up until I was comfortable. This one does. This blanket is perfect - very soft, adjustable heat, and my two dogs' fur doesn't seem to even stick to it (a miracle in itself). I don't typically write reviews but I am very impressed with this blanket.
