I am 128 lbs, no plantar fasciitis, just high arches, boney feet, not great pronation, arthritis in my knee, slightly shorter right leg and an aging athletic body. I run and fast walk on concrete and sometimes a treadmill. New Balance discontinued my insert i have had for years and are still effective! Pissed about that.
These could use more overall cushion esp in the toe bed but the metatarsal cushion and arch support which is important for me is good. Wear thick, good socks $$$. I took out the existing foot bed cushion to in my sneakers to try but may re-insert them and try these with the extra cushion. Footwear is everything.
My photos are of the ancient NB inserts and the Walkcomfy. NB cushion is superior but

I get pain In heel and by the inner of my right arch of foot. I stand all day at work. I purchased this insole and at first, I thought oh no this hurts... but I thought I need to give it a chance.. I laid down w sneakers on with insoles. It actually helps reduce some of the pain. I will have hours of feeling good. Then I get pain no matter if my foot is on ground or in air. Lol. I try to lean inward to the inner of foot that will help sometime lean outter. I naturally have wear or lean to outer.. look at your shoe soles to tell if onside is leaned on more to know what I mean. I had other plain memory foam insoles before but this one helps me alot. I do recommend it.
