I was very happy with the customer service with this company. I order this shower system and had it for more than a year. I started noticing that some of the faceplate for the mixer and the handle was peeling. I contacted the company by email and they were very responsive to my email quickly and was able to resolve the problem. They ask what part was defective and they ship me a new part within a week. Very happy with is company . Would highly recommend to my friend and family. 5 Star.

Overall a very good value. Yes I would buy it again and recommend it as it's a good value. However, be aware of a few things.
1. Before piping system installation, thread the shower arm into the drop ell to make sure the shower head will point downward, once fully tightened. Mine did not, it pointed upward and when backed off it was too lose. 2. There is no local rep phone number, so if there is an issue, all communication is via email. Although the service group is responsive this takes time. Twice I had to send follow-up emails before receiving a response. Although, the issue was finally resolved it took 23 days to do so. It would have been faster but after agreeing to send a replacement the wrong item was delivered. 3. If the wall is tiled, make sure the hole in the tile is large enough for the square arm to rotate in it. Because if the drop ell is a bit deeper than need be, the arm will hit the tile and will not be tight enough.
