I bought this bag about 5 years ago, and have used it almost daily since, including about a dozen times when traveling. The capacity is excellent - I carry my laptop, iPad, chargers, phone, files and paperwork, and miscellaneous smaller items easily. In fact, I can cram more into it than I can easily carry due to weight, so I have to remind myself of that. After five years, nary a rip or fray or popped stitch. It doesn't scuff, the straps are intact and it doesn't pick up dirt or grime. Fortunately, it's pretty as well, or I'd be tired of looking at it by now. Definitely a purchase I'd recommend!

I researched a lot of work bags and I know there's a popular brand that's definitely more pricey. This bag met my needs and has really held up. I carry a laptop, notebooks, small wallet, phone, keys, planner all in here. I can't fit a water bottle with what I have packed in there but you can definitely adjust things. Good size and I do love the option to have it be a shoulder bag or not. I also like that it ZIPS! That's hard to find sometimes. I got the gray, it's a good color.

I bought this upon recommendation from a friend. She really loves this bag and talked me into getting it. Let me just say I do not regret it at all. It came with a bit of a fishy smell, but faded after a couple of days. The smell was not strong at all, so don't let that put you off. The straps on this bag are STRONG. I've got two thick books for my classes in there, along with my iPad, MacBook Air, a folder, pencils, and there's STILL room for my wallet and any other stuff I want to carry. It does not get dirty easily, which is definitely a bonus. I carry this bag around back and forth from work to school and it does me extremely well. If you were thinking about this bag, take this as a sign to purchase. One minor flaw about this bag is that it does have a tendency to lean. I've done everything I could to fix this, I figure it might just be user error, but it isn't an issue that has affected the use of the bag terribly, I still love this bag.

The bag is a nice size, but look a little plasticky/cheap. It's fine for a work or travel bag. The main thing I wanted is a bag that zips so I can stick it under and airplane seat without worrying about things falling out. There are a few inner pockets, but I put my own purse organizer inside for an easier time switching between bags. I like the adjustable shoulder strap that attaches on the sides, but the short straps attaching with buckles are very annoying because they don't fold down. They were easy to remove, but now I just have empty buckles. Overall, it does what I need but isn't exactly stylish.
