Great for all kinds of punches, head movement and foot work. There are so many options for training with this bag. We put it to the test with a whole gym of guys preparing to box in amateur boxing smoker. Everyone loves this bag. You will likely need to remove some of the fabric stuffing. Mine came in and weighed 96 lbs. I removed 36 lbs. of fabric to make it 60 lbs. which wasn't much. It didn't change the quality of the bag. It was plenty stiff. Good quality cover and stitching.
