a nice set of gear for a home gym. this comes with gloves, bags and chains to hang the different pieces of gear. the big bag does need to be filled, but that was a good idea to make it easier to get to you. the bags are of good quality, the gloves are nicely weighted, and the whole setup looks very good when put together. a great set for any home gym, or for anyone who enjoys training at home. could also be used in a proper gym as well.

Set this up in my garage. The bag is very well made and is holding up well thus far. Use it twice a week and put it through a good amount of abuse. I was also surprised by how well the hand grip tool worked. The gloves were a bit flimsy. I already had my own.

I bought this after destroying my sun bleached Everlast bag. I am an amateur noob but for me this kit has been a godsend I've been dealing with some tough times and this bag is awesome to beat on to let some frustration out for the price you get everything you need and some things you don't quality seems to be on par with the budget offerings from the main brands for a fraction of the price. I'd been researching residential heavy bags for a few years when I came across this one. After comparing to similar products, I'm confident this will work for me, at half the price! I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about having to fill it myself, but after watching some YouTube videos, it's actually a better option for me. First, it allows me to customize the weight and feel to my liking. Second, it's a great excuse for getting rid of old t-shirts and other clothes I haven't worn in years.
The quality of the bag itself seems more than sufficient. Similar bags have fixed nylon straps, while this one has chains. The hook points are reinforced and look like they'll hold up well. The hardware appears to be strong and reliable.
I really like the added accessories. The jump rope has nice, soft handles. The hand strengthener has good resistance, and the counter is very accurate. The gloves are so so, but perfectly fine for my intended use (lightweight punching for exercise).
I decided to purchase a wall mount in place of the included ceiling mount and it turned out great!
